Brandipara at 2178m in Idukki is a challenging high-altitude trek in the high ranges near Bison Valley. The trail climbs through tea estates and dense shola forest to a summit that forms part of the Munnar high-range massif. The trek offers outstanding views of the surrounding Cardamom Hills, Bison Valley, and on clear days across to Tamil Nadu. Less known than Chokramudi or Meesapulimala, Brandipara offers a more secluded high-altitude experience. Guide from local Bison Valley trekking operators is recommended.
